Small Changes:
- Alchemical Reconstitutor and Aetherium Auto-Forge have new IO capabilities, these are detailed in the tooltip of both machines
- Aetherium Auto-Forge has a working sound
- Aetherium glass can be made in the Auto-Forge

Fixes:
- Create New Age copper wire can be cut from any #forge:plates/copper
- Quantised Basic Control Circuits can be used in component assembly recipes that previously did not accept the forge tag
- Removed EMC from the Blood Magic "Bleeding Edge" music disc
