1.3.5b Patch Notes:

Quest Changes:
- Nether quartz quest in "Building an Arsenal" mentions alternate route using spirit focusing
- Emerald quest in "Building an Arsenal" has a dependency on the certus quartz quest, this doesn't change progression but certus quartz was required to craft the ae2 charger to make emeralds anyway

Small Changes:
- Updated squash duplicates script to catch a few unchanged cases, courtesy of ZZZank
- Creature tokens from Ars Nouveau can be exchanged into each other using a mana pool with an alchemy catalyst
- Starbuncle spawn eggs can be crafted at a runic altar, incase the spawning luck is really, really bad
- Certus quartz dust can be made in the Thermal pulverizer
- Brass can be alloyed in the Thermal induction smelter and can be pressed into plates in the multiservo press
- Removed the unused entropy condenser items
- Replaced netherite ingots with netherite scrap in Pneumaticcraft huge tank and Mekanism Extras supreme energy cube recipes
