Changes
- Use @ExpectPlatform to simplify cross-platform logic
- The game now shows decoding errors only when debugging is enabled
- ConfigSection now properly marks it's internal key as transient
- Shift-pressing favorite items is now only blocked outside the player's inventory screen
- The name text field of the rename screen is now focused when the screen is initialized (Terrastorage)

- Fixed incorrect objective count being generated to match rewards in specific conditions
- Fixed items are voided when an item is on your cursor and the bounty board GUI is closed
