Changes
- Slightly reduced Frost Strike's frost power scaling
- Nerfed Aeternium/Ruby tier of one-handed runeblades giving +6 spell power total, now gives +5
- Improved custom item renderer performance for block entities
- 3D entity previews are no longer regenerated every frame

Fixes
- Fixed config failing to be located on Windows
- Fixed armors and weapons not being able to be enchanted (Death Knights)
- Fixed runeblades not being able to use Spell Power enchantments
- Fixed compat recipes loading when they shouldn't
- Fixed spell descriptions having the wrong placeholder and not showing damage
- Fixed Obliterate and Frost Strike not requiring any runes
- Fixed tiers of each spell being wrong
- Fixed log spam when using Remorseless Winter
- Fixed a crash when trying to render tooltips outside of the inventory
- Fixed 3D previews for some block entities not displaying properly
