modification of the Bliss modpack to add a few mods Vanilla+ mods. Ported to 1.19.2 as well

- added Advanced Peripherals
- added multiple Create extension mods
- removed Radium https://github.com/Asek3/Radium/issues/69 for now until issue gets fixed
- removed Global Game Rules as it has issues on 1.19 https://github.com/GoryMoon/GlobalGameRules/issues/12
- removed Corn Delight as it was not updated for 1.19.2 - corn will be deleted from worlds
- replaced Bliss tower changes with original Towers of the Wild: Reworked so new towers will be outside of villages and will have a lot more variant
- added Oh The Biomes You'll Go for more variety in the biomes
- added 2 dimension mods for adventures The Twilight Forest, The Bumblezone
- added Storage Drawers to store stuff in better way
- removed original Bliss JEI helper comments as JEI does not work correctly with CraftTweaker now
- added a few JEI extension mods
- added Every Compat to make all furniture more compatible with new woods
- removed a few of the original Bliss modpack blacklisted blocks/items/biomes
- added Horse expert mod
Known bugs:
- sometimes music triggers mod crashes in inventory when using JEI
- Twigs table variants from Every Compat are not craftable
