Fixed mushroom block dupe bug via crafting by unsetting the storage block for mushrooms in the configs, also reported it.

Added Land Manager for fine tuned plot management, mainly to protect spawn and to setup a place there to explain how to get started.

Added Sangar’s Manual mod that uses GIT markdown. If this works well, it could become the new manual mod for World of Dragons.

This time we’re going with waystones for teleportation, they’ll be turned on for worldgen and all other features activated.
