Heavenly Compulsion

• Fixed desh ore not being smeltable in a vanilla furnace
• Fixed a recipe for brass in the induction smelter using an item that doesn't exist
• Fixed pulverizing quartz ore resulting into more quartz ore
• Fixed a typo in the Asteroids Belt research code that prevented the player from recieving the correct planet research
• Ilmenite, Cheese and Sapphire ores can now be obtained with the laser drill
• Tropical Water Buckets can now be purchased from the delivery system so all tropical cocktails can now be crafted
• BCFE has been replaced with Gregies Power to allow Buildcraft's Kinesis pipes to connect to machines using redstone flux

Rather small update because I'm sort of outta ideas, this time I've no excuses.
