Heavenly Compulsion

-All Thermal Expansion machines now have more augment slots
   | Level 0 : 1 slot
   | Level 1 : 2 slots
   | Level 2: 4 slots
   | Level 3 : 6 slots
   | Level 4 : 9 slots

-Thanks to Corpse Complex now you will no longer lose your items in galacticraft's inventory tab upon death

-All metal outputs of the Techguns Mining Drill have been changed to ExNihilo Ore Chunks

-Now the player will start with Thermal Padding already equipped instead of it being a quest reword

-The planet research system has been overhauled, instead of having to use the Telescope to research planets the Research Table will simply unlock them for you

-Fixed the Tier 3 Rocket Research trying to give the player an item that doesn't exist

-Fixed Thermal Foundation ores spawing on galacticraft planets
(So that's why that config was off my default)

-Mars Stone can now be processed in the Galacticraft Compressor

-Added a starter base on mars

-Steel Blend can now be produced in the Chemical Lab with Liquid Argon for boosted production

-Added researches for Diona, Koentus and Io
