Fixed a few more bugs that were causing crashes

Removed mods that were unnecessary and ruined the effect of 'realism'

Unfortunately had to remove Rex's Additional Structures due to this (Good mod, just doesn't fit here anymore)

Added a few mods such as Lava Dynamics, a few Tinker's mods

Working on making new quests focused on post-diamond, so far only Cavern has been done.
