Fixed:
Deleted quest in Evilcraft quest line related to Box of Eternal Closure. Quest was not recognizing the item.
Edited config file for Bountiful Baubles so it stops adding random modifiers to all baubles causing quests not to complete.
Disabled Dragons in all dimensions except for the Overworld.
Lowered drop rate of Heroic Armory weapons.

Known Issues:
Tektopia guide book will sometimes spawn each time loading a world. (may only be to a server)

**If you are applying this update to a current world, you may need to delete the QuestData.json file in your world/betterquesting folder for the questbook to update with changes.
