### Made some config changes to make the modpack feel less punishing overall

**Configs**: 
 -Locks
  - Changed lock generation from **0.85** to **0.60**
 -Autoleveling
  -Level increase per one block distance from spawn changed from **0.01** to **0.003**
  -Bonus experience per level changed from **0.1** to **0.2**

**Datapacks**:
 -Hardmode Mining
  -Made **Iron x3 more common** and **Gold 2x more common**
