- Added mod: Fast Leaf Decay 

Since watching them decay is like watching paint dry

*The following allows Mine Colonists to get the materials they need for things.

- Reworked certain recipes to allow access to more items.

• all vanilla slabs are now craftable using regular recipes (middle 3 slots of crafting table only).
• Better Slabs variants are now craftable using 3 vanilla slabs of the same type across the 3 middle slots of the crafting table
