Originally made for Halara Minecraft Network, the Halara Client for Minecraft: Java Edition is a simple modpack that aims to improve the performance and feel of vanilla Minecraft. This pack adds loads of optimization mods and bug-fixes with a few very minor tweaks that give Minecraft a nice polish. A few of the tweaks that this client offers are listed below:

• All player skins now have 3D layers instead of the default 2D hovering layers.
• Waterfalls now have cascading mist particles (naturally generating and man-made).
• Precious minerals & metals now glimmer in the light (as well as armor!).
• Custom animations for consumables such as food, potions, and water.
• First-person animations are shown to everyone (holding maps, eating, etc.).
• Connected texture mapping (C.T.M.) allows for blocks to tile and connect.
• Modified entity-mounting displays to show player's health, hunger, and experience.
• Shader support (including Optifine shaderpacks).
• A much better F3 screen for advanced gameplay information.

... and so much more. Of course, all of these tweaks are completely optional and can be configured and disabled if need be.
