Added configured and More Overlays for more JEI functionality

Replaced Rubidium with Embeddium due to crashes with chunk duplication render errors.

You can now press F7 for light overlays, F9 for Chunk borders, and Double Click the search bar to turn it golden and search for items in chests or inventories!
