Pack Changes
- Hopefully fixed all repeating quest complete triggers
- Reduced spawn rates for certain passive mobs from PVJ
- Disabled elevator from open blocks as it tends to glitch (elevator mod is still in and working)
- Added recipes to previously uncraftable shields
