Gundustry Modpack 1.21.1 Rewrite (Demo Build)

This is a complete rewrite of the modpack for Minecraft 1.21.1 (up from 1.20.1). Everything has been rebuilt from scratch. The overall mod composition changed a bit to take advantage of new mods released in version 1.21.

Please keep in mind that this is a demo build. Only the first FTB Quests chapter is included and finished right now. The remaining chapters are still in progress and will be added in future updates as each one is completed. Expect the pack to grow with the coming updates rather than being complete at this stage (similar to what happened to version Gundustry 1.20). If you want a more complete experience, please check the latest 1.20 version instead.

Feedback on this early chapter is welcome. It'll help shape the rest of the rewrite before the remaining chapters are added.
