念のためJEIコンフィグファイルのバックアップをお願いします。

- Large Steam Turbinの最大出力エネルギー減少（蒸気の消費量も減少）。

 Rotor Holder (HV)の場合、出力3584EU/t、蒸気消費量7168mB/t

- マルチブロックマシンのFluid Reactorを追加。

- マルチブロックマシンのLarge Heat Exchangerを追加。

- マルチブロックマシンのOil Drilling Rigを追加。

- Nuclear Fuel (Uranium)のレシピ変更（U-235x1、U-238x4）。

- 原子炉の燃料棒1本当たりの発電量を2倍に変更。

- ミンチ肉が鶏肉と羊肉からしか作れなかったので牛肉と豚肉から作るレシピを追加。

- トパーズの入手手段がなく、レンズが作れないため代替レシピを追加。

- Added Large Heat Exchanger, a multi-block machine.

- Added Oil Drilling Rig, a multi-block machine.

- Changed the recipe for Nuclear Fuel (Uranium). (U-235x1, U-238x4)

- Doubled the amount of electricity generated per fuel rod in a nuclear reactor.

- The mince meat could only be made from chicken and mutton, so I added recipes for making it from beef and pork.

- Alternative recipe added due to lack of access to topaz and inability to make lenses.
