Updated version of Lost Cities corrects a bug in determining allowed spawn locations for modded Mobs.

All of those Zombie Miners, Skeleton Soldiers, and Bandits were never supposed to be spawning INSIDE Biospheres (which are 'safe zones').

Instead they should have only been spawning outside of the Biospheres.

This pack update corrects this issue, and resolves a few other mob spawning quirks regarding cities.
Also be careful in the Nether, not only is the air poisonous there as well but Cyberdemons spawn there now!
