Quick update to solve a progression block right at the start...

 

- coal block was made not craftable in very early game, creating a progression block (for vanilla blast furnace)
- tweaked coal and coke blocks energy values and crafting to be overall more consistent with changes
- changed netherrack grinding to reprocess netherrack dust in early game, rather than cluttering inventories, for very small chance at quartz + minuscule chance at sulfur
- hidden entities from world map default settings to keep things cleaner by default
