Journeymap and Modern Dynamics join the party.
Tried to add Tough as Nails, won't load due to internal misconfiguration, due to forced dependency on Serene Seasons.
Neoforge using latest now (146-beta), Embeddium fixed mixin crash.

- turned on advanced tooltips by default in options
- configured journeymap

Still can't go above neoforge 126-beta due to mixin crash.
modlist included inside POST-INSTALL.txt

- fixed mod names in tooltips by tweaking emi config. But getting duplicate mod names in inventory, but only in creative
- disabled loaded spawn chunk in modernfix, since Mojang is removing it anyway (this means you join the world immediately, so have patience while chunks get built around you...)

Adding Modern Industrialization, probably still not fully playable, it seems to miss tags used in recipes
There's a mixing startup crash with neoforge loader above 126, so I stay there for now.
