UPDATE 4.4! - ultimate SMD
-add ultimate SMDs (UV, UHV, AVARITIA. They help with circuit crafting in those tiers, and new ones unlock each tier)
-add Ultimate Component Workstation (for crafting the ultimate SMDs)
-add Greg-E HPCA components to help with research (unlockable in UHV, added to prevent HPCA spam)
-add AVARITIA energy & dynamo hatch (yup UEV power input!)
-add UEV superconductor, and change diamond lattice recipes for it
-fix Enhanced Fusion Reactor and its input hatches recipes (spread out the double plates)
-fix Robotics Workstation recipes (now circuits are tags, not single items)
-change Book and Quill recipe, Dragons Breath recipe to be more skyblock friendly
-add a thank you to NLGibson to the thank you quest (thank you!)
