-fix custom recipes that need scanner research as they dont work with KubeJS, moved them to assembler

-add recipe for UV circuit slurry

-fix crash with data models (data model for Mog somehow keeps crashing the game, change its outputs to Gloomper, removed Mog model)

-add recipe for rock salt

-add recipe for plutonium ore

-fix recipe for conduit probe
