You have been thrust into a nightmarish world

Massive beasts lumber through the trees, a dangerous fungal disease is spreading through the overworld, and evil spirits wreak havoc on your mind.

Surviving day to day is an impossible task, but you have what it takes. 

 

Use Gregtech, Applied Energistics, and Mekanism to build machines to help reconquer this desolate earth.

Occultism and Evilcraft will allow you to capture the essence of these creatures, and to use it for your own gain.

 

There are numerous survival systems which have been tweaked and added to in order to build the true minecraft horror experience.

I'd love to tell you all about them, but it would be so much better to explore it yourself. 

 

This modpack combines two of my favorite aspects of any game, deeply layered technological systems and horrifying entities that can kill you in seconds.

What has been crafted here is a minecraft experience like no other. This is more than just another dweller pack, its a series of mods that change the games progression in a meaningful way. 

I have already spent hours crafting and surviving, and I hope that you can have that same enjoyment. 

 

After hours of painstaking effort getting all of these mods to work together, I finally feel like this pack is ready for its BETA release.

I will continue tweaking this pack daily, publishing updates once every few weeks, and making sure that this is the best horror pack you could ask for. 

 

Planned Roadmap

 

Version*0.2 -- CURRENT STATE

             - beta release

             - has all mods and planned features working in unison

             - optimized and able to run on a majority of systems

             - a questbook to add a physical reference to progression

             - new splash screen

             - new world loading screen

 

Version*0.3

              - several pages of the questbook to be finished

              - configs tweaked so mods work better in unison

 

****these next few versions will mainly be focused on having large chunks of the questbook completed, and mods being better tweaked and adjusted to fit with one another****

Version*1.0 -- FULL LAUNCH

             - completion of questbook and main questline

             - bug fixes

 

**If a new mod relevant to the themes of this pack comes out, I will likely find a way to implement it in a future update. However, the current core mods present will be the priority.**

 

Known Crashes

  • Interacting with pages in the built in Gregtech questbook can lead to crashes
  • Blood and Madness entity textures will sometimes conflict with the insanity shader, though this is can fix itself by reloading
