0.11 - Bugfix Update

Recipe Changes

- Enchanting Infusers are now craftable with any Crafting Obsidian variant.
- Bluestone, Limestone and Rhyolite are now usable as stone in recipes (and can be put in the same cabinet).
- Amethyst Block to Item recipe added.
- Better Nether tools now can also be crafted with sticks.
- Re-enabled Smith Hammers on REI for the time being. (These recipes will be converted to vanilla-like recipes later.)
