Immersive Engineering had a pretty large update, so a major release.

Had to wait for a patch from Twilight Forest so everything worked together well, sorry for the delay.

Removed:

Magnesium/Rubidium Extras, because their new update is doing lots of weird things with JEI and cause a crash when loading a world. If this gets fixed or patched, there will be a beta update with it thrown back in
