Optimization update

it had come to my attention that some people are not able run the modpack due to it being a large modpack with barely any if not zero optimization mods

in this update i simply removed unnecessary mods that were only making the modpack take up more resources then it needed as well as adding some new mods to help better optimize the modpack

if any other problems persists i will be looking into it and should hopefully have a update with the problem fixed out soon
