Changed usage of Leather on Create Belts to 'high quality cloth' (Silk and Wool, silk can be farmed by Jute and possibly industrial Hemp, not sure if it grows yet)

Changed the vanilla scaffolding recipe to use Lumber instead of just Bamboo (now you can have early game scaffolding and Barrel Racks!)
slightly changed a few other minor recipes (I don't remember what specifically)
