Added unifying recipes for MI and IE coke dusts, coal cokes and coke blocks. (1:1 via crafting table)

MI Quarry drill crafting output increased to 64 from 4.
Greatly reduced MI Quarry drill spending probability. (Essentially 0 unless you are really unlucky.)
