Wanna Keep Your Waypoints: Just Do This:

When Updating Pack, Click "Update to New Profile" then open old Version of Modpack and Copy your "options.txt" and "journeymap" then exit out and open new modpack folder then right-click and paste!, Then delete your old modpack version and you will keep all of your options and waypoints!
