Description
1/17/18 update
**I have a zip file that contains the config files for this modpack, and I have added recipes for ore multiplication, stone to cobble to gravel to sand to dust, etc. in the grindstone, and doors, fences, ladders and support for the rustic wood, doors and fences all in the chopping block (I also changed the chopping block to produce 6 planks when horse powered). I only added these recipes to the horse powered blocks and not the human powered blocks, because go find a horse ^.^ it is a pretty central part of this modpack now.
If you would rather not wait for my update, and you want this zip file with these recipes, then pm me. (is that still what it is called?... pm?)**
***I still need to add support for biomes o plenty, signs, and maybe a few other things, but I probably won't add the furniture as this has already taken a few (well worth it) hours.***
I am going to post another update in a few days, but it is only going to be config file things... I've added a bunch of recipes to the horse power mod, allowing for ore multiplication again. Along with that update I'll post a link to a video showing how to add your own recipes to the mod; I know coding can be difficult, but I also know that if you follow along with the tutorial that you can figure it out!
And you should!
This modpack aims to enhance the vanilla experience without making too many radical changes. The pack has also been created to play without having to take any animal mob lives.
There are four categories of changes, and four additional mods that just have to be listed here; these four mods are Clay worldgen, bonfires (Souls series end-game travel points, and estes flasks), gravestones that hold your items if you die, and bonsai trees!
The purpose of this modpack is for an enhanced vanilla experience by not loosing your items, by adding a few more items and also recipes.
The categories are as follows:
Food Mods
There are three mods that add a lot of food options; they are vanillafoodpantry mod, Biomes O'Plenty and Tiny Progressions. Between tiny progressions and food pantry a large amount new recipes for vanilla food are added, and of course Biomes O'Plenty adds a new variety of food options that can be found in bushes and from fell trees. It should also be noted that there is a plow that comes with the horse cart mod that will till earth in the stead of a hoe.
Animal Mods
There are also three mods that improve interactivity with the animals, and they are Astikoor (horse carts) Biomes O'Plenty and More Shearables. Similar to the food additions, Biomes O'Plenty adds new mobs to the game; the nether wasp and a pixie that comes out at night. More shearables and Astikoor both aim to enhance the vanilla experience by adding features to the vanilla animal mechanics; with the gold shears one can obtain leather, feathers and of course wool, from the pigs, cows, sheep and llamas, while the horse cart attaches to your horse to move a lot of items, and also comes with a plow that will till the earth without a hoe.
Better Mining
There are four mods that enhance the mining experience; all three of these mods make the biggest changes to gameplay. They are Biomes O'Plenty, Vanilla Tech , and Tiny Progressions. Tiny progressions adds three new tool/weapon types: Battle axe, scythe and multi-tool, and also adds a few new materials to make the vanilla-standard tools and weapons. And all three mods bring in six new ore types, and also bring glowstone, quartz, lava and ender ores to the overworld. Finally, block armor has a few armors that help with mining, in particular the crafting bench set and the furnace set.
Inventory control
Streamlined inventory was the first aim of this modpack by adding Astikoor (for more mobile storage) Hayla and JEI for information and recipes and finally Inventory Tweaks for easy sorting.
This modpack is intended to play like vanilla minecraft. There isn't a need for big tech or over the top dungeons... just (hardcore mode?? ^.^) survival, and hopefully some pretty epic bases. Also it's 1.12.2!

1/16/18 update
The vanillatech mod broke my modpack so I had to take it out, and it was a pretty major worldgen mod, so I decided to put out a whole new version; watch me deal with this change in my February episodes of the gocleau let's plays on youtube! o.O
1/16/18 update two...
