Ghost Pack ECHO: REVERBERATED

Removed Ad Astra for optimization. Can be added back if you desire, but beware it keeps planets loaded and drops frames pretty badly. Added several addons for Farmer's Delight, the Walkie Talkie mod for long distance in game Voice Chat, Swords in Stones around the world, several HUD upgrades to better display health and armor as well as what items you recently picked up, fixed error with Steam and Rails addon for Create.

HEY YOU! READ THIS DOWN HERE REALLY QUICK! If you start up your game and it tells you roadstuff or mapperbase failed to load, restart Minecraft and try again 1/2 times. I don't know why these two do this but they do all work together after an initial start and it won't happen again unless mods are changed around.
