Updated config for starter kit to be customized for the modpack and the challenges it presents. "Chilled out" certain mobs spawn rates, balanced some items with/without EMC values, fixed 3D skins mod not being enabled. Road Stuff will sometimes present as a crash, relaunching the game will fix it 9 times out of 10. Working on a permanent fix.
