Overhauled the lighting engine, memory usage, and network protocols. Balanced configs for major survival mods like Sanity, Tough as nails, and Galosphere. Changed biome generation and chunk generation to load quicker with only handleable errors to prevent crashes from error blocks. Added new things to peak through your windows in the dark. Added better sound engine and effects. Removed redundant mods for technology that were unused. Fixed error with Ars Creo bugging Road Stuff blocks.
