Solving Server Configuration. Pack now runs smoothly when used as a server and "Configured" is removed serverside.

Fixed Hisuian Braviary not wanting to be ridden. Removed both Ninetales, Heracross, Nidoking, and Nidoqueen due to compat error.

Turned off in-world overlay of Waypoints.

Raised starting level cap to 20, and subtracted minimum cap level to battle trainers by 5.

Fixed Cobble Merchant shop config. Shop now has many more items, while removing the rare apricorn balls. Craft them!

Raised Pokedex Scan Distance from 10 to 15 units.

Updated 10 mods.

Safe to update current worlds!
