Some Small Changes Quick Update

Note: Reliquary crashes often just reload the pack until it loads and doesn't crash

 

Changelog:

Galaxius now requires you to use the Hephaestus Forge from Forbidden Arcanus.
Galaxius also now requires Fiery Sword in it's recipe.
Added Eternal Stella to the Advanced Enchanting Infuser recipe.
Replaced the book and quill in the Enchanting Infuser recipe with the Architect's Inkwell.
