Bugfix and balancing

Modpack will still get one more major update with seasonal quests and some features.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't use the Wroughtnaut Axe it corrupts the whole modpack instance and I am unsure why.

Added Angel's Blessing Recipe

Nerfed Laser Blade: You can now only upgrade to 15 damage

Fixed Blaze smelting by adding all special blazes to smeltery recipes.

Removed Drowning Creepers because they are very bugged on servers
Removed Hellfire Blaze variants because they blow up Blaze smelteries
