Attempt to fix lag!
At long last, the culprit for the FPS plaguing the mod for so long was Macaw's Roofs (Unfortunate)

Modpack will still get one more update with seasonal quests and some features.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't use the Wroughtnaut Axe it corrupts the whole modpack instance and I am unsure why.

Quark Matrix enchanting was removed because EnchantingInfuser was added
