v1.1 - Mine n' Dash Changelog:
Neat reminder to backup your world(s) after every update
Mine n' Dash is an update that gives a bigger emphasis to the "Mine" aspect of Minecraft, lots of stuff in that general theme has been added, lots has been tweaked aswell
This update has been more focused towards Mid-Late game play & utility, as the next update is going to have a bigger focus on Early-Mid game play, aswell as immersion.

- Mining Master:
Mining Master adds tons of new gems to the underground, nether and end, they can't be found in any loot chest, so you must keep a good look for them, most of them spawn more in certain biomes.
The new gems Mining Master provides add an extra layer to enchanting, as when combined with a tool in the Smithing Table, they can grant an enchantment based on what theme the gem is.
For example, the Fire Ruby, will grant any Fire Based enchantment (Fire Aspect, Flame, Fire Protection...) to your chosen item, these enchantments can stack up to their vanilla maximum.
Some of these Enchantment Gems can even be used to graft certain tools, and maybe even something far more grand with that?
A new armor set has also been added, that being Paragon Armor!
Paragon is a more speed based alternative to Netherite, with another catch being that its durability decreases very quickly, with addition to the armor, a new Paragon Shield has been added!
- Galosphere:
Galosphere adds in 2 new cave biomes for you to explore, the Crystal Canyons and Lichen Caves, along with a new ore, Silver!
Silver is a utility based ore, it can be used to craft Silver Bombs, which don't do much on their own, but you can modify their properties in the Combustion Table with Slime, Gunpowder or String.
Sterling Armor is an upgrade from Leather, in the sense that it gives you a slight amount of explosion resistence.
The Warped Anchor can be used as a makeshift Telepad, as charging it with Allurite Blocks and throwing an Ender Pearl nearby makes you teleport to the Anchor.
The Aura Ringer, also charged with Allurite, can be used to lure in villagers.
The Crystal Canyons are a brand new Cave Biome, filled with Calcite, Allurite and Lumiere Crystals, the biome even features a new mob, The Sparkle!
Sparkles are Axolotl-like creatures that can be found in the biome, they can occasionally spawn with crystals on them, right clicking them lets you harvest the crystals, the crystal you can get from a Sparkle will vary if you have a Pickaxe enchanted with silk touch or fortune.
Both Crystals, and even Amethyst now, can be used to craft decoration blocks, such as Bricks, Lamps and Stairs!
The Lichen Caves are more fungi focused rather than the Crystal Canyons, these caves, while being a different Lichen Species than those from the Glimmering Weald, are much larger in fungi shape, and standing on the Lichen Moss found in the biome, lets the block glow!
Spectres are flying mobs that can be found in the Lichen Caves. Spectres spawn as an ambient mob, using an allurite shard on a Spectre can let you use a spyglass and have a different POV.
- Oreganized:
Oreganized adds in 2 new metals into the game, Silver & Lead.
With Silver already being added in by Galosphere, Oreganized's Silver Ore is disabled from generating, while Lead Ore is kept, in addition to this, Electrum is removed, as Paragon Armor serves the same purpose.
Lead is a poisonous metal that can be found commonly in Savannahs, in Boulders of glance around Plains, Savannah and other biomes.
Eating food while lead is in your hotbar will cause you to get lead poisoning, you can make potions of the stuff with lead ingots, useful in PvP/PvE scenarios.
Additionally, crafting a Block of Lead, placing it in a cauldron while its heated up by a campfire will create Molten Lead.
Molten Lead can be bucketed and after 10-ish seconds of being placed, it will fall to the ground, trying to stand on it will burn you, but you can stand on Molten Lead by wearing Iron Boots, perfect for traversing vertically downwards, especially in the Nether.
Now, onto some of the smaller changes:
- Removed Bushes from Jungle biomes, this has always been a personal gripe whenever traversing them. Hopefully travelling around Jungles is more enjoyable now!
- Eye of Ender recipe has been nerfed, instead of using an Elder eye, it requires Prismarine Shards instead
- Reworked Mending, items that have mending will reset the extra repair cost, thus preventing "Too Expensive" from popping up, plus you get a tooltip whenever you repair an item with it.
- Added item categories, so far there's "Starter Kit" & "Cave Essentials", look them up on JEI and you will get a list of items that could help you out.
- Lots of items have been given colored names, for example Netherite being Dark Red or Paragon Light Purple
- The JEI UI no longer feels out of place compared to the rest of the game
- Some new Advancements & Tips have been added in accomodation to the new features
- Malacore & Malacrust can be smelted into Copper Ingots, providing a way to get Copper in the End!
- Updated the Discord Rich Presense & Title to use the new logo
- Rock Collector Advancement has been updated to contain Mining Master and Galosphere Ores
- Many new Collection advancements have been added.
- Fixed some advancement bugs
We hope that you enjoy Mine n' Dash as Genesis' first major update! There's still a couple more of these planned and I have lots of ideas! Stay Tuned!
