Gamer's Guild Modpack for Gamers

Had a few ideas. Fixed a few more things while I was at it.
- Made AE2 circuits craftable without the inscriber to help reduce the grind a bit
- Changed the mold recipes so you still need to make the inscriber
- Added wireless crafting terminals. I'm kinda surprised it's not in base ae2 tbh
- Unified a couple fluids I never got around to earlier
- Restored source gem -> mana powder recipes since those weren't supposed to be broken in the first place
- Astral sorcery's observatory now requires the telescope
- Slightly adjusted the recipe for the quantum entangloporter
- Removed the osmium compressor; refined obsidian/glowstone have been given alternate recipes to compensate.
- Few more loading screen tips
- Added jei descriptions for a couple items without normal crafting recipes
- Removed descriptions for a couple items in mods that I removed in 2.0 haha whoops
