I was planning on adding more tiers of EMC seeds this update but didn't get a chance to do so. Deciding to release this anyways given lots of mods have updates. Next update should have more tiers of EMC seeds.

- Increase input speed of tech reborn machines
- Removed lock on Cellular Block from Botania
- Fixed missing Crystalized Pink Slime Ingot recipe
- Hide some things in JEI that got added since last time
- Fixed being able to use damaged gear dropped by mobs
- Fixed being able to use vanilla bows (not sure how this one made it through so long)
- Make all slabs emcable
- Made Creative Mana Pool use a higher tier mana buffer in recipe
- Tier 14 EMC seeds only take one tier 13 EMC seed to make now instead of two
- Tier 16 EMC Essence Block to Pure block taking 20 times longer than it was supposed to
- Tier 19 EMC seeds only take one tier 18 EMC seed to make now instead of two
