Fixed/Changed
- Some items not having emc values (The majority of these are chisel, unlimited chisel blocks, and charset wires)
- A typo in "Wireless" traits
- Made it so that mobs can only apply potion effects if they hit you, not just if they look at you.
- Reduced some recipes such as glass to glass panes only giving 6 panes instead of 16 to make them be able to be emc'd
