Several mods were for some reason missing so I added them back.
If you see some tile entities aren't loaded/are invisible you can typically restart your game and/or server to fix this minor bug. I can't find the root cause but I believe it's related to the 1.12.2 nbt data being updated to the 1.13 format which can causes some issues.
