made some changes to the mod pack to help with performance and to add to the flow of the vanilla game. 

Mods
- apple skin. This should help with the hunger GUI. making things a little easier on the user. 
- stay off my lawn- This is being added to help with land claim. This is only a trial period. there is a few claim systems out there now for 1.17 and i am going to have to try them to find one that i like. 
- litmatica tool- This should help with the litematica mod. 
- pips -  Item moving. about as close to tech as i cant to get but i have to do something about organization. its driving me insane. but i dont want to go full tech. not in this mod.
