QoL features, minor balance changes, and decorations for a comfy minecraft experience

Description

This modpack was made to include as little content as possible and is centered around vanilla features to make the game slightly more enjoyable while not feeling completely different.

Most mods have a high amount of configurability.

NOTE: the 1.21 version is missing a few mods

Mod list

Performance mods
Alternate Current (Makes redstone less laggy)

Canary (optimizes a lot of calculations regarding mob AI and physics)
Chunk Sending (Decreases lag spikes when loading chunks, reduces stutter when first joining a world)
Clumps (xp drops get grouped better, slightly speeds up xp absorption)
Connectivity (Increases the “timeout” window when connecting to a server and increases packet size limit)
Fast Paintings (Decreases the lag paintings can cause)
Fastload (Speeds up world loading times)
FerriteCore (Reduces memory usage)

Starlight (Optimizes the lighting engine.)

Bedspreads (lets you put banners on beds)
Customizable Elytra (lets you put banners on elytras)

Oculus (Adds shader support so you can use downloaded shaders)
Raised (raises the hotbar by a couple pixels so the selector isn’t cut off any longer)

Gameplay changes
ChickensShed (Chickens passively shed feathers)
CleanSwingThroughGrass (Lets you hit mobs through blocks that break in one hit, such as grass.)
