Configuration Changes

• Default Options
  • Re-Saved the default keybindings to ensure that there aren't any conflicts
  • Additionally unbound all modded key bindings to eleviate preference/personal opinion (You can get all the default keybindings and options by deleting ./config/defaultoptions/)
• Ender IO
  • Removed the ability to obtain additional items from sag mill recipes to prevent cross-mod compatibility which resulted in duplication bugs (#27) (#28)
  • Fixed a few incorrect recipes that will be fixed in the next EIO version
• Ranged Pumps
  • Increased the default speed by double as it's exceptionally slow
• Mouse Tweaks
  • Set WheelScrollDirection to 1 (Direwolf20's preference - no more changing it everytime he updates the pack)
