Config changes

Default Options
Added some changes to controls, namely removing `N` which outright disables Simple Voice Chat. You can rebind this yourself, though.
Changed `M` from being a conflicting `Open Map (Xaero's)` and `Mute Microphone (SimpleVC) ` to `M` for map and `Ctrl+M` for mute
