Changed how the server runs with Unclaimedchunksregeneration mod. Chunks are to regen if nobody claims them every four hours. 

Added the Blouders mod to go with this.

Also removed Lootr as it no longer needed and Woot in favor of Tiny Mob Farms Remastered. As well as Everlasting Abilities.
