deleted more vanilla shields (both were useless for this pack)

added responsive shields
added better combat

added better combat toggle on/off (command: bctoggle false/true)
ADDED GOETY & GOETY ADDONS (ominous,hostility,awaken,box of structures,cataclysm,iron) back. I solved the issue. Works great now.
