Changed the chunk render distance sphere stretching to ‘true’

Made pet villagers 1/200 more rare (now has a chance of 12/1000 instead of 17/1000) and the bubbling book is 1/5 rarer. The sinister carrot has now 0.09/1 chance of spawning in woodland mansions. Chain lightning (enchantment) is disabled, alongside with vampire, ore scenting, linked inventory, total recall, health siphon, herding, void cloud, defusal, psychic wall, intimidation, magnetic and charisma. The curses afterlife and blight are disabled.
