Updated some quests

rearanged some quests so its easier to follow the main quest line

Reduced the number of bird spawns even more (hopefully)

stamina can be upgraded to 20 same as hearts, (it will look like its less since you start with half a circle but its same amount of starting stamina)

removed goddess statue from generating they can be bought from the shop

removed wandering ribbit mod since the spawn config was not working properly

increased stamina consumption 

added more magic npcs

the skeleton shooting magic bolt is not from me its a defualt from the mod creator and I cant disable it, they are suppose to only shoot icicle with 5 second cooldown and not spam it like with magic missile.
